We’re looking to 2020 with some lofty business goals beside us. Forget the usual New Year's resolutions, join us this year in growing the local WA ecosystem as we support small businesses and their goals to reach the next level.

Start by asking yourself where you want to be in one year

Do you want your small business to grow? Do you want to cut back on your working hours? Do you want to connect with other professionals in your industry? It’s important to know what you want to achieve long term so you can plan accordingly and start taking the relevant steps to get to where you want to be.

Stay up to date on small business trends

Knowing what’s happening in your industry or community will make it easier for you to follow trends and capitalise on what’s happening around you. It will also provide you with new ideas and direction to build brand reputation and sales.

Review your 2019 wins, challenges and results

Looking back on the year is a great way to see which areas may need attention, or are worth capitalising on in the New Year. For example, if you saw an increase in sales in the lead up to End of Financial Year, it might be worth creating a campaign around this time to cater to the needs of your target market.

Schedule some time off!

Coming into the New Year, we’re often excited, refreshed and ready to jump straight in, but it’s equally as important to schedule time for yourself throughout the year to avoid burnout. Take advantage of an upcoming long weekend, or book yourself a day off every second month and make sure you are putting yourself in the best position to execute your business goals.

When you come back into the office in the New Year, if you’re looking for a fresh start, why not book a tour of one of our coworking spaces and see how flexible working can boost your productivity? Click here to get started!
