Giving you access to leading mentors and word-class content, Plus Eight Leap and Sprint arm you with the knowledge, skills and support needed to make your startup idea a reality, kicking off on 5th October in Perth CBD.

Starting with a one day bootcamp, Leap, you'll be challenged by leading startup mentors and be given the support to test, develop and validate your startup idea and grow your skills as a great founder. This bootcamp is perfect for founders looking to rapidly develop the capabilities needed to build a successful startup business.

During the course of the one day weekend bootcamp, you’ll curate a plan to validate your business model and a strategy to launch and grow your idea, as well as learn the best approaches straight from the Valley on how to find your first customers and grow your business. Alongside this, we’ll cover leading philosophy and approaches that will give you the right mindset ready to make your startup team succeed, as well as providing you the roots for your inspiration to grow.

Spacecubed General Manager, Chandra Sundareswaran shares with us his thoughts on the Plus Eight Academy. “A key aspect of the value of the Plus Eight is the access it grants to investor networks both locally and nationally. This is one aspect of what an accelerator program like Plus Eight brings to the table, and the pressure it takes off founders at a rapid growth stage.”

From here, if you’re looking for further support to help your startup succeed, continue through our Sprint Program. This six week pre-accelerator program takes you and your business through a practical curriculum of topics critical to any successful founder.

Jasmin Kronewetter, founder of Indie Guide Perth and participant of the previous Sprint cohort, shared with us her journey through the program. “Being able to receive advice from industry experts and learning about frameworks that are recommended and validated by other entrepreneurs will not just save you time initially, but also a fair amount of money in the long run.”

She continues, “I’ve found the guided material and social support immensely helpful, as it allowed for more rapid problem solving, less frustration, and very little of the lonely feeling you get from trying to do it all by yourself.”

This tailor-made program follows four values to help Australian founders thrive. With new mentors every week to share their experience and wisdom, you’ll be able to directly apply noticeable actions regardless of where you are in your journey. Sprint provides lots of opportunities to connect and learn, and emphasises peer-based feedback and reflection.

It takes an entire village to raise a startup, and we believe being a part of a strong community of like minded founders and advisors makes you a stronger entrepreneur and gives you the environment for your startup to succeed.

If you’re looking to scale your startup, join us for Leap or Sprint by applying today or click here to learn more. Government-funded scholarships are available by application. Spots are limited, applications are open until the end of August!
