Why did you decide to become a member of Spacecubed?
I had heard some great things about the space and that it was a great space to work out of. But I never really checked it out till I tried out for the scholarship at the end of 2013.
How has joining Spacecubed helped your journey?
Joining has helped me immensely through the wonderful people I have met and being part of the community. The advice I have received through just general chats, as well as mentoring, has been pivotal to where I am now. I have also successfully pivoted to a much more enjoyable and lucrative business since joining.
What has your experience been like so far?
Amazing, truly amazing. Spacecubed is at the centre of entrepreneurship in Perth. It’s the Silicon Valley of Perth and anyone involved in that sphere should be involved. The vibe working out of here is great and it is so different to the traditional corporate atmosphere. The people you meet, the relationships you build and the wisdom you learn are priceless.
What do you love the most about the Spacecubed community?
The people, the vibe, the personalities and so much more. Everyone has a story to tell and experiences to share. It is a melting pot of learning and wisdom.
When did you first join Spacecubed?
November 2013 as part of the Intensify Scholarship, then as a member straight after the scholarship ended at the end of January 2014.
